Spring Arbor of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA is seeking a part-time Server (Assisted Living) to warmly accommodate residents and guests during dining, attending to needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Starting at $15.80/hr with higher rates based on experience. Part-time shifts available, NO late nights. Duties include serving, clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining room, delivering trays, labeling food, and adhering to company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, safety awareness, and teamwork.
• Must have a positive criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables and sanitize work areas after meals.
• Maintain a clean dining room and sanitize as needed.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to residents' apartments as needed.

Part Time shifts available NO Late Nights

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.

Preferred Qualifications
