Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Server for Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor in Manassas, VA. This part-time role offers morning/early afternoon shifts (6am-2pm, 7am-2pm, 11am-7pm) with every other weekend required and no late-night hours.

You will provide restaurant-style dining service with a hospitality-first approach to residents. Enjoy free meals with every shift, flexible pay options, PTO for both full- and part-time staff, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match,

• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A passion for helping others and creating great experiences.
• Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with residents.
