Job summary

Spring Arbor of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA 23113 is hiring a friendly Server (Assisted Living) for part-time shifts with no late nights. Greet and seat residents and guests, attend to their needs in a timely, professional manner, and support dining operations.

Responsibilities include serving food efficiently, clearing tables, keeping the dining room clean and sanitized, delivering and retrieving trays to residents’ apartments, labeling and dating food, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Attention to detail, flexible/adaptable, safety awareness, and a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.

Required Qualifications
