Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living – Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a friendly, dependable Server / Dining Associate to help create meaningful moments for residents. This part-time role offers no late nights and a wage up to $17.71 per hour, depending on years of experience, with same-day pay options.

You will greet and seat residents, serve meals, maintain a clean dining room, and assist with tray delivery as needed. Join a tenured team that values consistency and compassionate care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
