Spring Arbor Senior Living in Midlothian, VA is seeking a friendly and dependable Server to join our dining team. You’ll help create a warm, nutritious dining experience for residents, serving meals with care and courtesy.

Part-time schedule options include 7:30am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm. Starting wage is $15.80 per hour, with higher rates based on experience, plus benefits such as dental/vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or food service is a plus.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Patient, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Eager to learn and able to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly as they enter the dining room.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, covering, and labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Wash dishes, load/unload dishwashers, and store dishes properly.
