Spring Arbor of Crofton is seeking a friendly Server to assist residents and guests during dining experiences with timely, professional service.

This part-time position offers no late nights and requires weekend shifts every other weekend. Candidates must be 18+, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Detail oriented, flexible/adaptable, safety conscious.
• Must pass Criminal Background Screening.
• Adheres to Drug Free Workplace policy.

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables and reset dining area after meals.
• Maintain a clean dining room; sanitize work areas after each meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to residents' apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food serving experience preferred.
