They act as the main point of contact between the kitchen and the customer, maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to food safety and service standards. The server is our primary salesperson therefore, thorough knowledge of our menus is critical.**This is a Winter seasonal position**. Must be 19 years or older to apply. **Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:* Will provide exceptional food, beer, liquor and wine service to Crow’s Bench guests.* Will be accountable for having own bank and making change for guests.* Requires extensive guest interaction.* Responsible for daily paperwork and reconciliation.* Must be knowledgeable of and be accountable for enforcement of Idaho State Liquor and identification laws.* Will provide bottle service to guests tableside.* Requires the ability to interact with guests and customers of the resort in a friendly, professional, and accommodating manner every time.* Will perform opening and closing duties, including polishing and rolling cutlery, vacuuming, polishing glassware, keeping restaurant clean.* Will work as a team player to ensure guest satisfaction.* Responsible to keep up on side work while managing tables. Must be capable of managing and exceptionally performing multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.* Must have extensive knowledge of the menu and be able to identify potential allergens and give guests suggestions as needed.* Responsible for maintaining a clean, professional appearance according to Crow’s Bench dress code. **Specific Job Skills**:License/Certifications- Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate and Food Handlers Certification (we will help you obtain).Technical- Basic computer knowledge, Utilize POS System (Squirrel)Physical Capabilities- Combined standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per shift.
