It is expected you will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced bar environment while promoting safety and hospitality. Must be knowledgeable of Idaho liquor laws and accepted forms of ID. Should have a level of comfort in managing conflict when necessary.Weekend availability throughout the winter season is required.**Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:* Must be knowledgeable on all forms of Identification accepted in Idaho State and Idaho state liquor laws.* Ability to greet guests in a friendly, sincere, and welcoming manner while maintaining service and speed.* Must be comfortable with conflict management and promoting a safe environment.* Fast and efficient cleaning of table, floors, bathrooms, and sections as needed for fast guest turnover and retention. **Specific Job Skills**:License/Certifications- Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate (training provided)Technical- None Physical Capabilities- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.Additional- Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.**Education/Related Experience**:Minimum education required- English reading, writing and communication; plus basic math.
