Job summary

Farmer Boys in Las Vegas is seeking a Server/Cashier (Team Member) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact with guests, taking orders, handling registers, and keeping the dining room and drive-thru running smoothly.

Experience is helpful but not required; we provide hands-on training and online courses to prepare you for great things. We offer free meals on scheduled shifts, staff discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in English.
• Physically able to stand for up to 4 hours, walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and manage registers.
• Maintain the dining room and work the drive-thru.
• Provide friendly, high-quality service to guests.

A Day in the Life of a Server/Cashier

Our Server/Cashiers exemplify Farmer Boys' brand image as the first point of contact with our Guests. You deliver exemplary customer service before, during and after taking orders. Server/Cashiers take orders, manage registers, maintain the dining room and work the drive thru. Experience is great, but not required. We love to teach if you love to learn. We'll provide hands on training and online courses to prepare you for great things.

We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years old
• Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience is a plus
• Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in the English language
• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County
