Job summary

Farmer Boys in Beaumont, CA is looking for a Line Cook (Team Member). You will prep Farm Fresh menu items, ensure they meet our food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating standards, and support our speed of service goals.

Experience is welcome but not required; we provide hands-on training and online courses to help you grow. This role offers a flexible schedule with full-time or part-time availability in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must present a Food Handler Card as required by state/county.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Farm Fresh menu items to meet food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating standards.
• Be a key player in achieving speed of service goals while maintaining quality.

A Day in the Life of a Line Cook

You’re the meat to our burger! You prepare our Farm Fresh menu items and make sure they meet our high standards/specifications for food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging and plating. You are also a key player in achieving our speed of service goals. Experience is great, but not required. We love to teach if you love to learn. We’ll provide hands on training and online courses to prepare you for great things.

We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant a plus
• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Approximately 99% of time is spent in a standing and/or walking mode
• Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County
