Job summary

Farmer Boys in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Server/Cashier (Team Member) to be the first point of contact with Guests, delivering friendly service and handling orders. You will also manage the register, keep the dining area tidy, and support drive-thru operations.

No prior restaurant experience is required as we provide hands-on training and online courses to prepare you for great things. Eligible candidates must be 16+ with English for instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in the English language.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must present a State or County mandated Food Handler Card when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service before, during and after taking orders.
• Take orders, manage registers, maintain the dining room and work the drive-thru.

A Day in the Life of a Server/Cashier

Our Server/Cashiers exemplify Farmer Boys’ brand image as the first point of contact with our Guests. You deliver exemplary customer service before, during and after taking orders. Server/Cashiers take orders, manage registers, maintain the dining room and work the drive thru. Experience is great, but not required. We love to teach if you love to learn. We'll provide hands on training and online courses to prepare you for great things.

We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years old
• Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience is a plus
• Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in the English language
• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County
