Proactively address guest concerns or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain a calm, organized, and efficient approach while handling multiple tasks, especially during peak hours. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience. Take pride in your work and strive to be the best, focusing on creating a positive and lasting impression for every guest. Ensure every interaction with guests is professional and polite, while staying enthusiastic and engaging. Maintain attention to detail in every aspect of service, ensuring accuracy with orders, cleanliness, and presentation.
