Job summary

Sarazen's at Chateau Elan Resort and Golf Club in Braselton, GA, seeks a part-time Server/Bartender to join a fast-paced hospitality team. You will welcome guests, describe daily specials, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.

The role requires 3–5 years of serving and bartending experience, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to work with a POS system. Cross-training in bartending is expected, with healthcare and retirement benefits offered

• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests upon seating and throughout the meal.

• Take orders, deliver food and beverages promptly; follow up for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain organized workstation and assist with bartending when needed.
• Handle payments and cash transactions using the POS system.

Sarazen's at Chateau Elan Resort and Golf Club , located in Braselton, GA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server/Bartender ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Essential Duties:

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties
• Setting up and breaking down golf stations every shift
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Position requires to be cross trained in bartending service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Valid driver license required (driver license is will be required when operating the picker for range balls , golf cart)
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); At least 3-5 years of serving and bartending experience required.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the
