The Server/Bartender at Five Iron Golf goes beyond taking orders; they guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations to enhance dining and gaming experiences, and drive sales.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell
• Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the bar stocked
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas
• Create new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions
• Check in with guests during their visit to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Stay updated on technology, products, and promotions
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Verify guests' legal drinking age
• Assist with closing duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in server, bar, or hospitality roles encouraged but not required
• Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Obtain necessary licensing and certifications
• Meet state minimum age to bartend
• Proficient communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $7/hr + tips
