Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up the bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, and other supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glasses, and cutlery
• Verify guests’ legal drinking age
• Prepare drinks according to standards and guest preferences
• Present bills and process payments
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor for overconsumption and take necessary steps
• Secure and store beverages and equipment, handle cash drops
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years in bartending
• Certification in bartending (preferred)
• Alcohol awareness certification (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of alcohol service standards
• Effective verbal communication
• Ability to exceed guest expectations
• Detail-oriented and team player
