Job summary

Pinstripes in California is hiring Server Assistants to support servers and ensure a smooth service flow in an upscale entertainment-dining venue offering Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Training will prepare each team member to succeed from day one, with competitive hourly pay plus tips and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Provides memorable guest service.
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience.
• Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently.
• Help personalize the experience.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
• Neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.

Server Assistants

are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
