Job summary

Pinstripes in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and seat them, take reservations, and maintain a polished dining and entertainment experience in our upscale venue. This role emphasizes memorable guest service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

You must be 18+, available for flexible hours, and ready to stand up to 6 hours. Training will welcome you into our all-scratch kitchen culture with growth opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required.
• Training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides memorable guest service
• Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in person
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Check in guests and seat them appropriately
• Work together as a cohesive team with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
• Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
• Help personalize the experience
• Process payment
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours

You will tend to guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and thoughtful handcrafted cocktails
