Job summary

Hai Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant / Server to support the front of house across dining, expo, and bar areas. You will learn the menu, assist on the floor, run food, bus tables, stock supplies, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining room.

Qualifications

• Effective guest and coworker communication.
• Ability to observe safety guidelines and standards.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials and cuisine.
• Assist on floor, run food, bus and reset tables.
• Support bartenders and deliver curbside orders.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Contribute to guest experience and dining flow.
