Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group, in partnership with LORO Houston (Heights), seeks a Server Assistant/Server to uphold top-tier guest service. You will be on the floor, deliver dishes, and support bartenders while maintaining a clean, organized dining room.

This role offers growth into bartender responsibilities with increased wages for experienced individuals. Ideal candidates will communicate effectively, stand for long periods, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Maintain professional appearance and maintain personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as a Server Assistant/Server.
• Deliver food to tables and explain dishes to guests.
• Assist bartenders with service and side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Handle curbside orders and coordinate with kitchen and guests.
