Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is seeking a Server Assistant / Server to maintain front-of-house service, assist with food running, and keep tables refreshed. The role offers advancement to bartender with increased responsibilities and wages.

You’ll learn about beer, wine, and cocktails, stay active on the floor, and support bar operations while delivering great guest experiences. Medical and retirement benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Be present on the floor, assist with side work and running duties.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies, assist bartenders.
• Deliver food and explain dishes to guests; handle curbside orders.
