Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server and Host staff within the Food and Beverage department. You will focus on accurate water service, timely clearing and resetting of tables, stock and cleanliness of stations, and maintaining a polished dining room appearance.

You will communicate gracefully with guests and team members, upholding sanitation standards and company policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with restaurant service standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to assist servers and hosts as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Assists Servers and Hosts in properly serving food and beverages when requested.
• Responsible for water service and maintenance of water levels throughout the meal.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables with service wares according to sanitation standards.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dish drop area and sorts accordingly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Folds napkins, polishes silver, replenishes condiments; keeps side-stands stocked.
• Ensures dining room, waiting and service area are clean, stocked and appealing.
• Responds to guest service issues and reports to Server/Manager on Duty.
