Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and hosts in a fast-paced dining environment. You will manage water service, clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean, organized station with linens, silverware, and condiments throughout each shift.

Candidates should be attentive to guest needs, communicate effectively under pressure, and uphold sanitation standards. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and a professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service or customer service is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in high pressure situations.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation practices and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Hosts in serving food and beverages when requested.
• Maintain water service and monitor water levels throughout the meal.
• Clear, clean and reset tables with service wares per sanitation standards.
• Crumb tables as directed and transport dirty tableware to dish drop area.
• Keep station stocked with silverware, linen and condiments; wipe booths and chairs.
• Polish silver, replenish condiments and maintain organized side-stand each shift.
• Ensure dining room, waiting areas, and service areas are clean and visually appealing.
• Respond promptly to guest service issues and report to Server or Manager on Duty.
