Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and hosts in a fast-paced dining room. You will be responsible for setup, service, water service, and clearing tables while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Must communicate well, move quickly, stay in uniform, and help with stock, polishing, and guest issue resolution. Prior restaurant serving or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Able to work quickly in a fast-paced dining room.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assists Servers and Hosts in properly serving food and beverages when requested.
• Responsible for water service and maintaining water levels throughout the meal.
• Clears, cleans, and resets tables with service wares following sanitation standards.
• Transports dirty tableware from the dining room to the dish drop area and sorts accordingly.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment; polishes silver and replenshes condiments.
• Maintains an organized, fully stocked side-stand within each shift.
• Ensures the dining room and service area are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Responds to guest service issues promptly and communicates with the Server or Manager on Duty.
