Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a server assistant to support our dining team in Baltimore. You will work closely with the main servers to ensure guests are served promptly and beverages stay refreshed.

The role requires a sense of urgency, organization, and familiarity with food safety rules. Prior food service experience and a willingness to learn the menu are preferred.

Job description

We're searching for someone who is enthusiastic, takes direction well, and communicates easily with customers and team members. The server assistant works closely with our main servers to make sure customers get their food on time and their beverage glasses stay filled. You'll be responsible for clearing plates and cleaning the table when customers leave, and then resetting it with tableware for the next guests.

A sense of urgency and organization is required to keep the kitchen and server stations fully stocked with condiments and other food items. You'll learn our menu to address customer questions and alert servers when customers need them. You should be familiar with food safety rules and have some food service experience. If you enjoy working with a dedicated, fun team and are eager to learn, you'll fit right in.
