Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is seeking a Server Assistant to join the Ramsay’s Kitchen team. You will support seamless service and elevate guest experiences by setting and clearing tables, delivering dishes, and keeping the dining area organized.

About the role:

The ServerAssistantisan essential memberof the Food & Beverageteam, working in the restaurantto support seamless service and an elevated guest experiencewhile playinga key role in upholding service standards, enhancing the flow of operations, and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.The Server Assistantis responsible forsettingand resettingtables,assistingwith the delivery of food and beverages, andpromptly clearing and cleaning tables throughout service. In addition tomaintaininga clean and organized dining environment, the Server Assistant works closely with Servers and other team members to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently and with genuine hospitality.The restaurantembodies all Four Seasons cultural standards whileoperatingunder the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

What you will do:

• Customer Service: Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest

• Comprehension: Having a basic knowledge of the food and beverage menu items

• Organization: Providing the set-up and break down of the restaurant tables and/or bar area while maintaining an overall clean environment

• Communication/Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.

• Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.

• Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1-2 years preferred.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time position

• The working hours will primarily be mornings and evenings, during the weekdays and weekends.
