Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Saint Louis is seeking a Part-time Stewarding team member to maintain a clean heart-of-house and support kitchen operations. You will help ensure safe, sanitary spaces and collaborate with the Food & Beverage departments to keep outlets stocked with clean dishes and silverware.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with colleagues. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of.

About the role:

The Stewarding teamis responsible formaintaininga clean “heart of house” and kitchen environment. Our stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department—including the kitchen and banquet teams—as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. Thisrole reportsto theStewarding Managerandis overseen by theHotel’sExecutive Chef.

What you will do:
