Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in St. Louis is seeking a part‑time Stewarding teammate to keep the heart of the house clean and safe. You will support the Food & Beverage teams, maintain sanitation standards, and help ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.

• Supply Management: Monitoring supplies to ensure the department is fully stocked.
• Dishware: Ensuring each outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware.
• Sanitation: Maintaining clean and organized spaces for the hotel.
• Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of.

About the role:

The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean “heart of house” and kitchen environment. Our stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department—including the kitchen and banquet teams—as well as other heart‑of‑house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Stewarding Manager and is overseen by the Hotel’s Executive Chef.
