Pay Range: $22.14 - $24.60 per hour

Job Summary

The Server Assistant is responsible for providing gracious, kind, and warm service that creates an exciting environment and world‑class experience, delivering old‑world hospitality and charm. The Server Assistant will assist Restaurant Servers and maintain high standards of cleanliness per food service sanitation codes, focusing on consistency, quality, and sense of urgency.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Be punctual to pre‑shift meetings, maintain a positive attitude, and openly participate.
• Consistently provide excitement and deliver world‑class service, living the company core values.
• Comply with department standards, guidelines, and objectives, including food service, sanitation, OSHA, and Hazcom standards.
• Wash hands frequently.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality food and beverage service to all guests, adhering to sequence of service standards and ensuring tables are clean and properly set.
• Have complete knowledge of restaurant and bar menus.
• Clean as you go and clean spills immediately.
• Use chemicals as prescribed and responsibly, ensuring proper labeling.
• Assist the supervisor in putting supplies away, adhering to 5S principles and dating items with the current date.
• Conduct yourself in a gracious, kind, and warm manner, creating fondness and reflecting on the company’s core values.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Education and Experience
