Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is hiring for a Server Assistant / Server. The role is essential for front-of-house operations, serving as a primary food runner and maintaining dining room, expo line, and bar standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to identify safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Lift and move trays, dishes, equipment up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through training.
• Be active on the floor, assist with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders with service to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain dishes to guests.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
