Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Ravello Server Assistant (Temporary, Full-time) to support the on-site, modern Italian restaurant. The role covers a three-month contract with potential extension based on business needs, from September 2026 to January 2027.

The position requires experience in Food & Beverage, a fast-paced team environment, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

Experience working in Food & Beverage.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team.
Willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
High work ethic and responsibility for the role.
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays; fluent in English; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with serving, set-up, and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
Polish glassware and stock the bar/lounge with required glassware, linens, and service tools.
Organize and clean back-of-house area, dry goods, and requisitions for operating supplies.
