Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Cook 3 to join our breakfast and Italian Ravello team. You will primarily work with cold items and assist with hot station prep in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of culinary experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive wages, and opportunities to grow within a renowned hospitality brand.

• Cross-trained in other outlets, assist with hot station duties (meats, eggs, chicken, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, and organized workstation.
• Mainly breakfast short-order cook, cooking hot breakfast items quickly and with quality.
• Able to juggle several items without sacrificing service quality.

The Opportunity

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello with 1 year of culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work with cold items, and overall preparation organization
• Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station (I.e meat temperatures, cooking eggs, chicken, sausage, and bacon in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, and organized workstation
• Mainly work as a breakfast ‘short-order’ cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner
• Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer

Minimum Qualifications

• Attention to detail, good communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
• Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
• At least 1 year of culinary experience
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
