Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Ravello Server Assistant (Temporary, Full-time) to support the on-site, modern Italian restaurant. The role covers a three-month contract with potential extension based on business needs, from September 2026 to January 2027.

The position requires experience in Food & Beverage, a fast-paced team environment, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

• Assist food servers and bartenders with serving, set-up, and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
• Polish glassware and stock the bar/lounge with required glassware, linens, and service tools.
• Organize and clean back-of-house area, dry goods, and requisitions for operating supplies.

The Opportunity

PM Ravello Server Assistant (Temporary, Full-time)

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated timeframe of this contract is September 2026 to January 2027.

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven, or regionally influenced Italian specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china , glass, and silver
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working in Food & Beverage
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
