Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort seeks a Cook 3 to join our Ravello breakfast and Italian restaurant team. This entry-level culinary role emphasizes cold-item preparation and organized prep work within a dynamic kitchen.

You will collaborate in a large team, maintain a clean workstation, and adapt to cross-training across outlets and hot station duties while supporting peak service hours, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, large team environment.
• Flexible and available for extensive work hours.
• At least 1 year of culinary experience.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• The Cook 3 is our entry-level culinary position.
• The position will work primarily with cold items, and overall preparation organization.
• Flexibility in being cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (meat temperatures, cooking steaks, etc.).
• Must maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Attention to detail and good communication within a large team is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours when needed.
