Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co is seeking a friendly, energetic Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team in Fort Myers. You will help maintain smooth service, set tables, deliver meals, and support guests with a courteous attitude.

Experience in hospitality and solid communication help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with room service requests, keeping dining areas clean and organized, and coordinating with management to ensure top guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in an efficient and courteous manner following steps of service.
• Set tables, serve food orders, remove used dishes and utensils.
• Light food running when applicable; carry warm/hot plates safely.
• Handle station duties and inform management to protect guest experience.
• Polish glassware and utensils; organize linen and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with in-room dining procedures as needed.
• Support management with other duties to service guests.
