Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co. is seeking energetic team members to join the Oxbow Bar & Grill service team in Fort Myers. Servers assist guests, maintain standards, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, hospitality experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort with using tablets or iPads to support guest orders.

Qualifications

• Polish glass ware, utensils, organize clean and soiled linen
• Perform other duties as management requests to service our guests

Server Assistants will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Luminary Hotel & Co. service standards and standards of Mainsail Lodging & Development.

Essential Functions

• Thorough knowledge of Oxbow Bar & Grill steps of service and guest interaction.
• Serves guests in an efficient courteous manner following the proper steps of service
• Responsible for setting tables, serving food orders and removing used plate ware and utensils
• Food running when applicable, ability to carry plates that may be warm or hot

Qualification Standards

Education & Experience
