Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co. is seeking proactive server assistants to deliver exceptional guest service and support in our dining venues. You will follow standard service steps, assist with food service, and help maintain a polished dining environment. The role supports events upstairs when required.

Ideal candidates have high school education, hospitality experience, and strong communication skills, with comfort using tablets and mobile devices to enhance service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a courteous, efficient manner following service standards.
• Set tables, serve food, and clear used dishes and utensils.
• Assist in food running and carry food safely.
• Polish glassware and maintain clean dining areas and linen.
• Communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support event spaces upstairs as needed.
