Responsibilities

• Support servers throughout service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare, maintain, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Deliver water service, bread service, food items, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
• Assist with polishing and stocking glassware, silverware, china, and other service supplies.
• Monitor dining room needs and proactively assist service staff.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently to support restaurant flow.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.
• Support special events, private dining functions, and elevated guest experiences as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
