Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing specials, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Must have a GED or high school diploma, serving experience, and be able to work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Two years serving experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes daily specials and answers menu questions.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and re-stocks as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Keeps workstation and side duties organized and clean.
• Handles checks and cash; uses Point of Sale system.
• Follows systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktails, food delivery, and service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Maintains safety and safe work practices in performance of duties.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

General Purpose:

Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Assists other servers by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests and keeping BOH areas clean, organized and stocked. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mustbeable tomeet stateage requirements for handling alcoholfor this position.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work both inside and outside in all types of weather.
