Job summary

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, Davenport, FL, is seeking a driven part-time Concierge to join Troon Golf, LLC. The role focuses on assisting guests, providing local information, making reservations, and coordinating services to ensure an exceptional resort experience.

Open availability for days, nights, and weekends is required, with responsibilities including answering calls, guiding guests, and maintaining brochure displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.

• Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.
• Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assists guests with various services such as dining reservations, ordering flowers or gifts, coordinating car and limousine service, making airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
• Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Concierge! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:

• Serves as a local information source for guests.
• Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.
• Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assists guests with various services such as: making dining reservations, ordering flowers wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
• Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions and identifies possible solutions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Open availability for days, nights, and weekends.
