White Lodging in Texas (San Antonio) is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to join our restaurant team. You will provide high quality service to guests, share menu knowledge, handle payments, and help maintain a welcoming, safe work environment.

You should enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, be a strong communicator, and be available on weekends and holidays. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

• Explain menu items and answer questions accurately.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
