Job summary

R365hire is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. You will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing attentive service to guests within your section, manage multiple tables, and uphold our service standards.

You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu and promotions, operate the POS system, handle payments, adhere to health and safety rules, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide efficient and friendly service to customers within a designated section.
• Accurate recording and settling of guest orders and payments.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to carry food and beverages safely and handle equipment and utensils.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces with variable noise and temperatures.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds.
