Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set; assist with Food Runner as needed.
• Communicate with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality with professionalism.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties and processes for payments.
