Boca is seeking a diligent Server Assistant to support our servers and maintain clean, properly set tables for patrons. Responsibilities include clearing tables, carrying tableware to the kitchen, and assisting with end-of-day cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping spills, clearing crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Responding to guests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of guests.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
