Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time server assistant in West Palm Beach, FL. You will support servers, set up tables, maintain stocked stations, and ensure a fast, friendly dining experience for guests. You will also deliver bread and water, reset tables between courses, and complete side duties as assigned.

You must communicate in English, be detail-oriented, multitask well, and maintain a flexible schedule to cover peak service times in a busy club setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English to communicate with guests and staff.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in table setup and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables with condiments, linens, and utensils.
• Maintaining stocked stations and ensuring service readiness.
• Setting up candles and ensuring tables are neatly arranged.
• Detailing tables before service and keeping place settings organized.
• Delivering bread and water to tables and assisting other sections.
• Keeping bread warmer organized and full at all times.
• Clearing and resetting tables between courses.
• Performing side work before and after service.
• Assisting supervisors and managers as needed.
• Contributing to a smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
