Job summary

Three Oaks Hospitality in Tampa, FL seeks a dedicated server assistant to support our servers, keep tables clean, set for guests, and help with beverage prep and payments. You’ll participate in opening, running, and closing duties while upholding sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant experience and a valid Food Handler Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality to guests.
• Set and reset tables promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist servers with processing payments and handling guest requests.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Open, run, and close duties as assigned.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Communicate with managers and hosts about table availability.
• Sweep floors and carry dishes to the dish area.
