Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior country club experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Learn table numbers, seating arrangements, and menu items to provide efficient service.
• Anticipate member and guest needs by replenishing beverages, marking tables, and assisting throughout the dining experience.
• Bus, clean, reset, and prepare tables for upcoming seatings.
• Confirm the accuracy of dine-in and carryout orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist the expeditor and other members of the service team as needed.
• Respond to requests with urgency, care, and a sense of ownership.
• Warmly welcome and thank members and guests.
• Support other Club service areas when needed.
• Complete other service-related responsibilities assigned by management.
