Job summary

St. Louis Country Club in Missouri is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team. You will greet Members and guests, deliver food, and help ensure a seamless service with a strong sense of urgency throughout shifts.

This role offers evening and weekend work, opportunities to staff a variety of events, and a friendly, open environment on a maintained property with personalized member service. Free meals and holiday pay are included as benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with proper table etiquette preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Servers with Steps of Service
• Greet Members in a timely manner and guide them through service
• Maintain "Sense of Urgency" on and off the floor
• Work as a team to anticipate and go above and beyond while reaching common goals
• Adhere to set quality, consistency, and efficiency expectations and standards
• Perform and complete misc. job duties as requested by supervisors
