Job summary

Green Bay Country Club, Inc. is seeking energetic, dependable Server Assistants to support our Food & Beverage team. You’ll help keep dining areas clean, reset tables, and assist servers to deliver exceptional member and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after members and guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to support efficient service
• Assist with setup and breakdown of Club events and dining functions
• Provide attentive and professional service to members and guests
