Qualifications

• Excellent critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
• Working knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly through service.
• Working knowledge of equipment used in service and dining areas.
• Knowledge of hotel services/facilities and local attractions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain a professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain service stations and perform side work before, during, and after the shift.
• Follow proper service procedures and table maintenance guidance.
• Communicate with team members and front door staff throughout the dining experience.
• Assist neighboring teammates with service and ensure timely table resets.
• Respond to guest inquiries using body language and non‑verbal cues as needed.
