Evening Entertainment Group seeks a Server Assistant for Bottled Blonde Las Vegas. This part-time role supports servers by delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

Applicants should have previous hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area. Must be 21+ and hold required certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fast paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house, kitchen staff, and guests.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting servers.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
• Required food and alcohol certifications.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
• Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing away used dishes and resetting table settings.
• Communicate with other staff members to coordinate food delivery and resolve guest needs quickly.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help maintain cleanliness in other areas, such as restrooms and server stations, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
